RUDE STAFF! I?ve never had an issue when going to Superdrug and asking to type in my email to be able to find my Superdrug card , however the member of staff working on the 18th June at 19.50pm seemed to have a major issue with me asking him to search my card and refused and said I needed the email to which I told him not I don?t always search via email and he would not allow me too . This isn?t a one off as other reviews say the same . Absolutely poor customer service and he then threw my change on the side rather than my hand . Stinking attitude

TAMBA is, without exaggeration, the most dismissive and unprofessional staff member I?ve encountered in any pharmacy.
I?ve been a regular customer at the Holborn Superdrug store for over three years and have always appreciated the helpful staff, especially Zara(she does threading) who is lovely and professional. However, my recent experience was incredibly disheartening.
I visited while suffering from sinusitis, tonsillitis, and conjunctivitis. My doctor had recommended an over-the-counter eye ointment, and I approached Tamba for help as I was struggling to read the small print due to my condition. He refused to assist, didn?t bother to read the note or ask which medication I was looking for, and simply said ?well then it is not there.?
At checkout, when I calmly mentioned how upsetting the experience was, he dismissed me again, chuckled, and sarcastically said ?Did you get it then? Good luck.? As I was leaving, he continued making upsetting comments loudly in front of other staff and customers. I thanked the young woman who helped me check out the items I bought and left.
This level of indifference and mockery, especially toward someone visibly unwell, is completely unacceptable. I left the store without the medication I needed, and with added stress from an employee who clearly should not be in a customer-facing role. I hope other vulnerable customers, especially the elderly, are not subjected to this kind of treatment.

As this is my local Superdrug I shop here for my essentials quite often 4 months ago I bought a couple of stuff and asked for a bag they told me they had no bags in stock so I?d have to purchase there £1 reusable bags, few months later I shopped there as usual and again no bags in stock having to buy another £1 reusable bag a month later the same thing, then today went back and again having to purchase another £1 bag absolute joke this is the only branch that?s apparently been bag less for more then 4 months

The absolute worst Superdrug in all of London.
I come here every week for medical supplies, drugs and cosmetics, and I am let down every. single. time.
This branch is abysmally understaffed - they have SIX cashier tills and with every visit I've been here there's only either ONE or TWO employees at BEST working to attend to a queue of customers; I've seen people queue up until the line reaches the pharmacy.
What an absolute embarrassment from management's end and a pathetic display of properly resourcing and organizing the branch.
I've seen dog nurseries with better organization and resourcing than this branch.
I don't want perfume or other crap on promotion that's being peddled; I want to be in and out as fast as possible, and it's impossible with only one or two manned cashier tills.
Seriously hope this reaches HQ or upper management - fix up, install self-checkout like Boots, or just shut it down.
