Guy told me to remove my hood, for no reason apparently its store policy. But Ive never had that in a store before. If you dont want customer service, go here and wear a hoodie for a fun experience.

Auntie with glasses was rude, came to say that they were closing three times to us when we were trying to hurry up and minding our own business. She even came up to me and started explaining that we needed to check out by the till, she started imitating what a till is? We even asked for her suggestion and she was not friendly since with other customer coming in, she quickly tried to accommodate them and asked if they needed help. Not sure what her problem was with us, we literally said well hurry up the first time she said they are closing.

I would like to say a big thank you to the pharmacist for their outstanding help and care during my recent visit. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring - taking the time to explain my medication clearly and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
It?s rare to come across someone so professional yet genuinely kind. Their calm manner made a real difference at a time when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I left feeling confident and well looked after, and I really appreciate the extra care they took.
This kind of service truly stands out and reflects so well on Superdrug. Please pass on my thanks they are a credit to your team!

Had a really bad experience with a store worker where I was looking at two different lip liners and had politely declined help twice telling her I was just looking. She then turned around as I looked down at the lip liners in my hand and said I?m trying to help you and tell you something but you keep looking away and turning away I was really surprised and a bit upset as I had been very polite in declining help and just wanted to view the products her name was Adesola I never ever complain in stores so this was the first time I spoke to a manager and told them about her service and negative combative attitude I ended up leaving the store feeling very upset over this. Please speak to this staff member for future reference.

The Strand shop is superb. The staff are helpful and the shelves are always well stocked. It has become my go to place for brow threading. Jasvire the beautician is always so welcoming and shapes my brows perfectly.

Disappointed and Uncomfortable Experience
I?m not usually one to leave reviews, and I?ve been a fairly regular customer at this Superdrug branch due to its convenient location near the station. This store offers a good range of male toiletries and also a good selection of brands for Afro-Caribbean hair.
However, I?ve repeatedly found myself feeling uncomfortable while shopping here. On several occasions, I?ve noticed staff members following me around the store, and I can clearly hear them using their overhead radios to report my whereabouts to each other. Today was no different ? I overheard them speaking about me over the radio, and one member of staff followed me right to the till point, only walking away once I had paid.
While I understand good customer service practices, the manner in which this is done ? in my case, consistently and seemingly only towards me ? feels intrusive. What?s most unsettling is that I do not observe this behaviour directed at other customers (who look different from me), and I can?t help but feel that I?m being singled out. As the only Black man in the store, it?s difficult not to view this treatment as racial profiling.
It?s incredibly disappointing to feel this level of discomfort in a store I visit almost weekly. I?m leaving this review because this isn?t just about customer service ? it?s about dignity. I hope Superdrug takes this kind of feedback seriously and looks into the conduct of its staff.
