Sunna musk always provides me with what I need and incredible customer service. On Wednesday the 31st of January I got that plentiful. Tuffa was friendly and efficient and knew exactly what I wanted. Only place I?ll go for my fragrance needs.

"Kullabi Musk"The " local Imam " who runs this business should explain to the ignorant Bangladeshi uncles and aunties, who sadly don't know any better, that his belief in Allah is different to that of the Angels, Ambiya, Sahabah, Pious Predecessors and what was revealed in the Holy Quran and the Authentic Sunnah of the Final Messenger ?. This negating kullabi has restricted The Beautiful Names & Attributes of Allah to only 7. ????? ??? He is the Most High, The Most Grand! He is free from your evil, you little, fickle kullabi.

I would avoid this store..First of all, yes the perfumes smell beautiful and they do have a nice range. However, their packaging is so below standard, it makes the items look really cheap. The bottles are standard with sticky labels... The bags are clearly old or bad quality, and are mostly likely ripped and they still use them.. Who wants to gift perfumes in cheap bottles or torn bags??Also, they have a 3 for £75 deal apparently on the small sized bottles, however, I found out from another branch that it's actually for £50 ....They also had a 30ml bottle for £55, but you can't buy 2 15ml bottles for the same price, it's for £60When I went, there seemed to be a case of staff bullying. There were three girls, two hijabis, one was very open and was smiling, so customers were receptive to her, and the other didn't seem happy about it and had the angriest face the whole time. It was really off-putting. The other girl bless her just carried on selling, while the other screw faced everyone.Last thing, a customer came and spoke in Urdu to the seller and they gave him free samples in front of other customers, and gave nothing to everyone else. I could have spoken Urdu too, but shouldn't the samples be shared with every customer? I purchased for £75 and had to go back and ask they change the ?? as they had packaged my items in a torn bag even though they knew it was a ?.Never again and would not recommend.

The oils are divine, I seriously can't get enough! Fantastic customer service, Kristi was super friendly and helpful on my visit to Westfield Stratford. They make for great gifts, too, will definitely be back.

The oil fragrances were my favourite, I didn?t know what suits me but she took her time to explain the process, I didn?t get it but I guess she?s the expert.Customer service 10/10 and smell 100/10 will be back
