I came for a lovely breakfast with my friend. We were greeted with such a warm welcome and were seated outside as requested. At first glance the menu seemed on the more expensive side but the portion sizes were more than enough and the coffee was delicious, not to mention how beautiful the food looked. Will definitely be coming back again, the service was amazing and the young man who was looking after us was really helpful and easy to talk too. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Love this place! Its a very chill vibe, and service is exceptional. The eggs are so well cooked, nowadays it?s getting harder to find places that make them well. Toast was also perfectly done. Finally, really good value for money. Somehow London has gone crazy with the prices of eggs and toast. Thank you! We?ll be back!

Waited for 30 mins to get our order taken. Asked waiter three times to get some service. Super slow moving and unresponsive service, busy atmosphere. Need more staff otherwise could spend there half a day.

The worst service I?ve experienced in a very long time. Got a table then waited 40 minutes to have our order taken, without any acknowledgement from the staff that they were busy or would be with us soon etc, which we would have been fine with. Instead we were ignored and had to ask multiple times if we could have water or where the coffees were. After an hour, the food came (still no coffee?) which was great in all fairness, but if you?re charging £17 for a brunch main you?d at least expect some basic customer service to go with it.

We had traditional Japanese breakfasts. Absolutely amazing! Such amazing flavours and well balanced protein/carb/fiber! Would highly recommend

Visited in the morning and the place was very busy. The poached eggs were a disappointment- very undercooked and the bacon fat had't fully rendered. The pancakes were alright. Quality seems to have gone downhill from my last visit.

Had an amazing time at Sunday, food was impeccable, special shoutout to Tobias and Marta who put the extra sparkle in to make the cafe a fab environment for a cute brunch date!

This was the worst service I?ve ever had from a restaurant. After queuing for almost 40 minutes with many empty tables in the restaurant, we were finally let in. It then took 20 minutes for someone to take our order, from which it then took another hour to get the food. Once the food arrived it was okay, but not worth the two hour wait.
Staff seemed clueless hiding away by the kitchen and provided no updates as to why the service was so slow. Very disappointing would not recommend

Probably the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. Waited for over an hour to be seated and then another hour for food. Bad atmosphere as everyone else was in the same boat, food was decent but absolutely not worth the shocking service.

We went on a Friday (18/4) and there was a short queue with about 6 people infront of us. However, we waited for more than an hour and the waiters refused to seat us although there were many empty tables inside the cafe. The waiters (green flannel shirt with curly hair, and white tshirt with green bandana) were strolling around the cafe, hiding behind the coffee bar chatting. I used to love this cafe but they really need to hire better staff as this is definitely not the way to go. We ended up waiting for 2 hours and left. I will not come back again until they decide to hire more competent staff and improve their service.
