Friendly, helpful drivers. I had a furniture collection today, I was kept notified days before about my collection and today. Good communication about letting me know when my collection would be made. No problem collecting from the 2nd floor with no lift, so I was very pleased that everything still went ahead. Good service, only complaint is a few times I did try to contact the store and send an email I wasn?t able to reach anyone otherwise very happy with the service today.

The drivers refused to take my donation of a brand new sofa, which was in perfect condition, and they didn't offered any explanation for this. Furthermore, when talking to someone at the shop, and after showing them more pictures of the sofa, they promised to reschedule a new collection which never happened. I tried to contact them in several occasions afterwards but they never picked my calls. So disappointing with them.

Nice staff but often closed during their stated opening hours, to the detriment of donators and buyers.. and the benefit of other charity shops.

Organised a furniture collection and sent pictures of 14 items donated to this charity.Box move arrived today and informed me they could only take a mirror.Really disappointing considering the amount of communication that was sent to them.

Bought there a sofa and a storage unit. There was two members of staff, both very kind and ready to help. Delivery was on time, both items were in excellent state. I really appreciate it when the service is so good.

I had a truly horrible experience today at the catford branch London Se6. I've shopped at this branch for years and love it.However the managers behaviour at this particular branch is awful and very bizarre! Aggressive and mean attitude, very upset by my experience!

Ordered on monday items worth 50£.I.e delivery 30£.items 20.last monday.had message saying cancelled delivery.due to no petrol.still waiting wensday.for new delivery date still no reply.not

Hit or miss. But they actually have sometimes really great items for a super cheap price.
