This branch's manager is horrible he don't know how to behave with coustomer. Just two days ago, I went to see Safeulla in the evening, and he was cursing at me. Additionally, I had a negative experience with them today; I ordered at 12:44, but they were out of bread, so I got Subway at 2:30. We got an order, however there are almost no vegetables in it. It seems like all I eat is bread. I have had a terrible experience with every subways but thia one is very bad. However, the girl serving today is excellent with patrons shw know how to do coustomer service but manger does know.

The service is totally unacceptable the manger verbally abused me when I changed my mind on my order at which point I cancelled everything - swearing ? at customers is disgraceful

Love a good Subway! Reliable and full of flavour every time.
Great service too.
Let down by how dirty the place appeared, both inside and out.
Would be an idea to keep a food place looking clean as it?s a better experience for us customers!

I don't know how people eat here as the hygiene of this store is super low. Is disgusting it seems like they are not been cleaning the store for a very long time.

I bought a sub from here couple minutes ago. I asked for subways signature footlongs and the amount of chicken that the lady put in was ridiculous. As a customer of subway I?ve been to many branches and never experienced this before. I confronted her and asked for her to put a bit more she refused to do so showed me the amount they?re allowed to put in then pinched two small pieces of chicken and put it in my sub like it made a big difference. She?s not a bad person but she was stubborn when I was telling her that its false advertising if you market you premium subs to look more full with chicken not saying it should look exactly the same but don?t just give two tiny scoops of chicken. My recommendation is to stick to the basics when visiting this branch can?t go wrong with a B.M.T as all the branches give the same amount of salami etc. But anything else the portion sizes are a joke

Staff member behind the till no where to be seen for 10 minutes and then when he does decide to appear he?s rude and non caring not to mention the leaving of knives and bread on the side that anyone could get hold of. Would sack him on the spot if he was my employee absolute joke

Stingy and expensive
Twice I've been now and I've been charged different prices for the exact same roll.
I have vegan cheese and they only ever put in 2 pieces which are cut so small!
I paid £5.19 for a gf 6 inch, few slices of ham and 2 small bits of vegan cheese.
The time before I went I was charged under a fiver but still stingy on the vegan cheese.
I understand they get told to only use 2 bits I guess, but I have been to other subways and they have larger pieces and put 3 in!

told me they didnt accept vouchers, until i pressed on and showed them the website showing they accepted the vouchers. food was great and cookies amazing as always.

The male staff didn't want to give me the promotion because I found out about it after placing the order, but before paying.
He made stuff up like the promo not being eligible to me because i just installed the app. He said he can't do anything because of the system.
He was also getting the pricing wrong, attempting to double charge me for cheese. After clarifying, he fixed it, knowing he did it intentionally. This happened twice. Either he is incompetent or malicious. Neither are good for his CV.
Eventually, after arguing back and forth, he got tired and it magically worked. He made me wait for 2 other customers to pay.
Got my footlong subway with the promo.
