Very poor service, didn?t listen to me, and when I tried to use my reward he didn?t do it, only realised afterwards, went back but was told I never asked to redeem (which I did). Very rude. Would avoid.

Be very careful ordering food from this Subway. Yesterday, I ordered a foot long sub & was asked if I wanted extra cheese & meatballs. I said "Yes" & thought nothing more about it. However, when I got to the till they had charged me an another £5 pounds. When I queried this with the cashier she said it was because I'd asked for extra cheese & meatballs. I explained that this wasn't the case & that they'd been offered to me. No mention of extra cost was ever mentioned & nor could I see any mention of if on their menu. I asked to speak to the manager & comically this was the lady who had asked if I wanted extra cheese & meatballs. I asked why she hadn't explained that there was a cost implication & she shrugged her shoulders & directed me to the Subway website. Although , the actual explanation is a bit longer winded than that!Looking at other reviews this has happened before. So quite clearly some thought has gone into this. Ripping off customers doesn't portray this outlet or subway in a good light.I wouldn't have given it any stars but Google doesn't allow this.
