Stopped by this Subway location expecting a quick, decent meal?but the experience was anything but. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive right from the start. No greeting, no patience, just attitude.
To make things worse, they told us they couldn?t even make the food in-store and insisted we place the order through the app because they ?can?t ring it up in their system.? Seriously? What?s the point of having a sandwich shop if you can?t make a sandwich?
When we finally did get our food, it was sloppy, poorly assembled, and looked like it had been thrown together without a second thought. Definitely not the quality you?d expect from a brand like Subway.

I HATE THEIR SERVICE. They're always slow and the customer service is appalling even when they don't have many customers in store. They will giggle if you ask them to add something or ask them to confirm if they've put something in that I can't see. I asked for the furious chicken and they said I had to order it on the app as they did not have it on their in-store system. I was in a rush and I did it ASAP and they were just walking around being lazy. I ordered a few sides too and they did everything so slowly. The subway in Hayes Town and everywhere else is a billion times better. Some of the workers look down on you as if we don't have the 'luxury' of ordering subway. They put half scoops of the meat as well and don't even spread it properly so it is only on half the sub.

I was waiting for very long time for order my meal and the person who was working their, he gives priority to another girls who comes after us, after this behaviour we refused to order our meal. That person have a mantra's tattoo on his left arm.

Ordered for delivery yesterday (17/8/25) what I ordered and what I received where two different items.. My daughter?s order was perfect.. But mine which I asked for toasted with cheese turkey and ham with lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn and red onions.
What I got was no cheese and cucumber. They had added pickles which I definitely didn?t ask for as I hate pickles and hardly any mayo ..
Last time I will order for delivery rather go in and make sure I get what I have ordered

Have been visiting the branch for a very long time with generally an average service depending what time I go, however on this occasion, the severe was very poor from staff member UMANG
Rolling his eyes because everything was too much trouble - asked for extra sweetcorn and he sighed, showed frustration and made my food with the worst customer service you can imagine
It?s a shame as other staff members are very friendly however UMANG has really let the rest do the team down hence 1 ?

Paril and the staff provide excellent service and very kind and welcoming. I was amazed how clean they keep everything after everyone eats they spray and clean .
Dhruvit and Neha were also excellent very hard working very good thank you .

Ordered 2 sandwiches, both of which were wrong - currently trying to prevent my diabetic sons sugars from hitting the floor until we get something else delivered. This was a birthday treat. Never again.

But me? They don't make eye contact, won't speak unless they absolutely have to and are clearly unhappy to serve me?
Why?
Because I'm white? Because I'm English?
Why treat others well but not me?
Subway don't mind though. They condone this type of thing.

I ordered a 6-inch chicken tikka from Uber Eats, but there was barely any chicken in it?mostly just salad. It wasn?t even the proper size for a 6-inch sub. Extremely disappointing! When I requested a refund, I was told I wouldn?t get one because it didn?t meet the refund criteria. What a joke! ?
