We waited in subway for 15 minutes. Our sub was ready in two minutes, but their till was not working and they restarted it again and again, but they could not care to give it away for free as it was already made and they made made us wait for very long and when I said I?m going away, there did not care And the staff was very rude

A small branch with little to room inside . Staff are super friendly but they don't sell sub melts anymore due to local customers. Lack of demand. Arrived late but still got fresh food a little extra but about normal

I just went to get a mega melt and the lady refused because she cannot touch bacon. Didn?t offer any alternatives and went back to giving her friend free food.

Got a half one takeaway and didn?t saw until I got home that the bread was not even a half one but a small piece of. Which was not the issue ! Asked for ketchup mayo and the lady who asked me to pay twice btw has put some spicy sauce that made me vomit so I could not eat that in the end no matter I paid 5.40 for it ! So mad now ! The bread was hard the sauce was too spicy and I could not even complain about.

The two times I?ve been here in the last 2months I have been met with unprofessional and rude behaviour from staff who seem impatient just to take your order. They don?t listen to your requests and laugh or roll their eyes when you?re saying your order or a bit confused on how it works which makes you feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Today I went and asked for sweetcorn and the lady put pickles in it. When I then said ?oh sorry I asked for sweetcorn? she took the pickles out by hand and replaced them with sweetcorn without asking about allergens or preferences. Very unhappy with the customer service.

Really disappointing. I come into this shop all the time. Every time i make an order, I have to remind them to change their gloves. I see them make a sandwich before mine (that contains meat) and then they make my sandwich with the same gloves. Not only that, they made a mistake the person in front of me sandwich, where the salad touched the meat, the lady threw the salad back in to the containers. Really unhygienic. Should avoid if vegetarian. Lady in headscarf also sneezed and didnt change her gloves until i asked her to.

The lady with the scarf served me very bad service she doesn?t even know how to make the sandwich the put the sauce on the sandwich outside i could even eat it it was so messy she made . Poor service

Not sure but the staff is generally rude & unhygenic. The sandwitches are not upto the mark. They are always in hurry and not attentive.
Leaving 1 star cause Zero isn't an option. Hope Subway fixes this.

After a long workday, I stopped by Subway hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in their work. To make matters worse, the employee burned my slice not once, but twice! They barely acknowledged my order and handled my sandwich carelessly. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, which was the last thing I needed after a tiring day. I won?t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I had a disappointing experience at the Barking Subway today. I asked for light mayo on my Philly Cheese Steak, but the large South East Asian man (employee) made a huge fuss and insisted that the sandwich was "fixed" and I couldn't choose my sauce. I've had light mayo on my Philly Cheese Steaks at other Subway locations before, so this was extremely frustrating. I was really looking forward to having Subway after not having it for a while, but this experience completely ruined it. Not only will I not return to this location, but it has put me off Subway altogether, at least for a while now. Please note that any mention of identifiable characteristics has only been added for the sake of accountability.
