Subway app has many rewards available to use but for some reason it never works in this store?. What?s the point of having these rewards !? Subway has always had membership since ages, so why in 2024 is it not working. Furthermore, the staff don?t even try to make it work!

Was charged a fake price, with the guy adding a bunch of extras. I challenged him, he responded ?oh yeah? then took all the extra charges off.

Food was great it?s alright but the workers are really tight with the salad and toppings and the manager is abit aggressive and looks and speaks rudely overall it?s all right I guess 5/10

Not working scanner for points and discounts. Subway offers half price for footlong but you cannot claim the offers in this place. What?s the point of rewards then??

I can see why this brunch constantly gets bad review.
I wonder if they're even part of the Subways Rewards?? Few months ago before when the Subway was still under the old rewards program,

Today, after couple of months later I went in...

Guess I'll take my business elsewhere to other 'functioning' Subway branches.

The service has been super bad. I went there to exchange my voucher. He has been checking it for 5mins. Then he hasn't clean everything when I said it had to be gluten free. He has been mumbling I couldn't understand him at all. At the end he hasn't known how to use the card reader. My card was fine as I literally got out of the underground.
Finally I left without the sandwich cos he didn't know how to reset the card reader and I would miss my bus.
Please avoid this place.
Dietary restrictions: It's not clean for 5star and he didn't follow the directions of handling dietary gluten free.

I went there especially to use up my Subcard points which I have loads of as a loyal customer since they?ve decided to change their scheme and they?re going to disappear - and was told once the sandwich was made that the ?points machine didn?t work?. I insisted and said I had come just for this and asked them to find a solution but I had to pay. I contacted customer service twice and they did nothing. Utter joke of a place / franchise. I see other comments explaining the same. That is actually illegal?
