I was here a couple of weeks back and a phone was stolen from one of us. The staff were utterly uninterested. They even mentioned this happens daily - if this happens daily it is on the staff and store to take some measure against it. The staff refused to check cctv, or help us in any other way. Their only response was "Oh, this happened yesterday a few times".AVOID this place - your phone/card will be stolen for sure. I have raised a police complaint about this including how the store was unhelpful.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. We entered the shop for just a few minutes, and within seconds, our phone was stolen. We immediately reached out to the staff, but they were not bothered at all. They simply said it happens daily here. Despite the phone's location showing inside the shop, they did not help us at all. I strongly recommend not visiting this shop.

Lost a long term customer. I?ve had multiple bad experiences shopping here where staff are just rude and unhelpful. The latest being I made a purchase on July 28, came back to return on August 28, staff refuses to make an exception despite it being an honest mistake (31 days and not 30 days). I would accept it if they were a bit more caring and apologetic, instead of blunt and rude. Going back to other high street brands!

Terrible service, very hard to find member of staff. Staff at desk really unhelpful once you get to the front of very very slow queue. I will never shop there again.
