I was there with my partner yesterday evening. Everything was served as I exactly ordered, no disappointment. Uruguayan Ribeye is one of the best steaks I?ve ever tasted. Beata is so kind and did a great job :)

Mr Google, it is not a hotel but a restaurant with good meat.
Excellent service and lots of kindness. Good quality meat.
?Defects?: there are no extractors and the heavy smell of meat attacks as soon as you enter the restaurant. The price EXCESSARY even for us who don't pay attention to expenses to eat well.

They burn the steak (its like a charcoal covered steak), I swear I clearly asked for that not to happen when I ordered. Lady said I understand, no worries I will make this happen.
When I received, I told them my feedback very politely. Same lady answered: "Well, I think the kitchen did a very good job, do you want the manager?". I said no need, just commenting. Then the Manager appears and started defending their case and preaching me about steaks lol.
To be fair, they were all nice and polite, but I guess its lack of proper training about "guest experience" and how to make it up for them.
Good thing that they have a halal menu, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Our server TJ and the lovely staff at Steak and Company made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until we were finished. Our food and drinks were as warm and delicious as the hospitality offered to us. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Walkability: The entire area was walkable to many options of transport
Food and drinks: The food and drink was absolutely delicious!
Noteworthy details: The staff...gorgeous staff. Very accommodating, extremely friendly and courteous.

The service was friendly and very quick. The food is always great & it's not that far from the various theatres dotted around (which is why I visit London most of the time). They have a fantastic lunch menu, a great theatre menu. I have eaten at alot of places all over London and so far this is at the top, which is why it is a must whenever I visit. Not sure why google thinks this is a hotel... it's a restaurant.
Noteworthy details: The steak experience should be attempted at least once to say you have tried it. If nothing else it is something different.

Was in for pre theatre dinner. Choices were excellent. Staff were attentive cheerful and informative regarding specials on food and drinks.
Food was prompt in arriving and delicious.
Would go again.
