Really pleased with my experience at this garage. First time using them, I had an issue with the ABS and DTC warning light which seemed to be a common fault on my car type. Two previous mechanics were not able to fix the problem. I went in and explained the issue and the guys knew the cause, confirmed the diagnosis and promptly fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. Also really friendly guys, can highly recommend!

They were given complete and clear instructions (including measurements) for licence plates & took the money. When the plates arrived they were the wrong size. When they were queried about it, they said who we use to produce the plates only does this size. Don't use Station garage, they're clearly just out to take your money!

It's best not to go here. The people are nice but I'm not sure they know what they're doing. Very confused and it seems no one understands what's happening most of the time.Each time you go the charging system is different (sometimes paying by card includes VAT sometimes VAT is included regardless) I have taken 2 cars here and everytime my vehicle returns it has an issue they've caused whilst fixing the original problem. Twice I've taken it for MOT and twice it's come back with additional problems.I have met most of the mechanics as I said they're nice men, treated respectfully (some people say they are racist or sexist but as a young black woman I have never faced discrimination from them that I'm aware of) but I don't think they know how to manage vehicles.

Please do not support this business. They burn commercial waste in steel drums at the rear of their property. Air pollution from the smoke and fumes is affecting the health of local residents.

Substantive undercarriage damage from a tow-bar impact. This garage's decades of Rover 25 experience afforded me a rapid and economical resolution when industry opinion considered my vehicle to be a write off. An entirely fine restoration.I am especially pleased to find that contrary to the industrial waste review here, Station Garage do not burn industrial waste and have even gone as far as securing the Environmental Agency's Waste Exemption Registration for England, (See Cert. image here).

I've used Station Garage for my MOT's and yearly services for a number of years.Recently my car had a fault develop with my braking system, called up got a slot on the day within a few hours they had given me a few quotes and routes on rapier which i was more than happy with.Great service quick response and turn around.In one day out the other. Not had an issue since.

Absolute Rubbish Service. My car needed work on the engine for oil leak problem. Was greeted with all the old "yeah yeah mate we will have that done and your car will be like new." Having relieved me of £500 and no Receipt within a day the car was leaking oil again. Two more visits to them and being fobbed off in an aggressive manner decided to trade the car in to a main dealer and get a new one. Would not trust them to fix my push bike.

DONT GO NEAR! THIS IS A WARNING TO YOU ALL.I took my car in fur a timing belt change and oli service which should have cost no more than £400 for parts and labour.I had a call from the boss saying that the timing covers were contaminated with oil and were warped, apparently they could not be used again so I agreed to get some new ones.A day later they cme back to me and said they need to change the camshaft oil seals which was no biggy as they are cheap so I agreed to get this done. Another day later they called up and said the camshaft variators/sprockets were shot so these had to be replaced.So basically I got the whole top half of the engine rebuilt at a cost of £1350 cash or £1620 with VAT if I paid by card. Is this legal???I have checked the camshaft sproekets with another mechanic and he said they were fine and did not need to be replaced.I have just checked the oil in the car and it is black so this was not done as well as the oil filter.TAKEN FOR A RIDE. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.

Took my car as I had a fault with the gas pedal losing power. My break down guy told them what the problem was. It would need to be replace. It was just botched up job. According to them it just wanted cleaning, costing me £70:00 by the time I drove over the hill 2 mins away it stopped working. Don't waste your money. only took it there as my mechanic was on holiday.
