I ordered one flat white and the coffee taste was spot on. I can?t say anything about the coffee taste but the customer service, WOW i didn?t see that was coming. I don?t remember his name but he?s a caucasian descent British male worker and overweight. I walked in on Monday probably around 1 or 2 afternoon.
He purposely ignored my order and had a very passive aggressive attitude. The message came so clean, that he didn?t want to take me as a customer. I asked for a cup of tap water and honestly, I didn?t understand if that was too much asking for a Starbucks partner but he NEVER replied to me anything even when he passed me my coffee and water, instead of that he just put the water down forcefully. I felt so humiliated by this incident and I only could assume it was racism towards me since I?m a Korean chick. I think they need to take action.

I ordered a big matcha and the barista did it the wrong way. They used very hot water instead of the warm one (about 80 degrees) so my matcha is bitter. I?m disappointed and sad:(

Fourth burnt coffee from this franchise in a row. Standing in line I was expecting that my Cortado would taste burnt and low and behold it is. Will be avoiding Starbucks going forwards.

The Starbucks near the London Museum is a fantastic spot to grab a coffee. The staff are attentive and take the time to listen to your preferences, ensuring your coffee is made just right. They?re friendly, happy to answer questions, and provide great recommendations.
The coffee is delicious, made with care, and offered at a reasonable price. It?s the perfect place to take a break, enjoy a tasty drink, and feel well taken care of. Highly recommended for coffee lovers visiting the area!

Poor service and there is a constant pile of rubbish on their outdoor tables. No place to put rubbish outside, so it piles up on top the dumpster. Starbucks and Camden Council need to sort this out, it?s a constant eyesore.

My friend and I went to this Starbucks today and bought more than 20 pounds of snacks and coffee, and had a meal in the basement. However, I personally don't like coffee and snacks, so I ate the cola and shawarma I brought with me. When my friends went upstairs to get coffee and I ate alone in the basement, the waitress came to me and said that my food and drinks were not welcome here. Is this too disrespectful? Or does this Starbucks discriminate against Chinese people?
