The washroom was disgusting. The previous user had not flushed, and there was used toilet paper everywhere. There was other rubbish like clothing tags on the floor as well. Sink was also old and dingy.

Customer service is consistently dreadful. Asked for a large hot chocolate and got a medium instead. When I asked them to sort it out, they gave me something that tasted like water. The staff are always rude and impolite. This has happened three times now. Won?t be going back.

Quick service and good location
A female member of staff name beginning with m (didn?t get her whole name) blanked me and didn?t look at me when I tried to talk to her twice to take an order and walked away. Not happy with this experience won?t be coming back.

Just a very dirty Starbucks

This is a decent store, the staff who served me were very helpful. However it didn?t seem too accessible as most of the seating was downstairs. Also the toilets (well the gents) was particularly dirty and did require a code. I didn?t see an accessible toilet as well. But all in all not that bad.
