The washroom is so dirty. Looks like it hasn?t been cleaned for months. One of the staff members was very rude and shooed everyone out of the cafe at 6pm because he wanted to have his coffee and dessert. Never going back again.

I tried a Gingerbread Latte for £5.30?quite expensive for just one cup. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak and cold; it tasted more like sweetened white water than an actual latte. Very disappointing.
To make matters worse, it was a cold day, but the staff left the doors open while bringing in tables and chairs from outside. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming.

Was served by a very rude staff at the till - (an asian-looking lady). Not sure if she feels better after putting her anger issue on other people/customers. Such a same because other staffs and the experience at the store was fine but it took one person and one moment to stop customers from coming back.

To be closed like criminals are locked up in Azkaban.
Terrible service, the staff is unable to fulfill customers' requests and they don't have the slightest problem when you point out that things are not good.
Never again.
