Nice enough coffee but if someone asks for oat milk it is really important not to try to give them dairy by mistake. Thankfully I was watching and saw it happen so I asked for a new coffee with the right milk in it. If I hadn't seen the barista pour semi skimmed cows milk into my cup I would have been ill all afternoon. Noone actually asked me about allergies, otherwise I would have explained why it hadn't got to be dairy.

I just popped in for a cup of tea. I know it's a coffee place but it was cold and I don't drink much coffee.
It was great. I loved the China cup, I had a mini jug of milk and the tea was perfectly nice.
Lovely staff, and clean and tidy area. The customers all spoke in hushed voices like we were in a library. I actually lost track of time as I was enjoying the peace and quiet so much.
The cakes looked great as well.

Hands down the best Starbucks - super friendly staff, fast service, and always well stocked. Almost makes you forget it?s a giant corporation. Love it!

This is my second time visiting this location while on vacation from the states .
Her manager Stephina was very pleasant, she was able to make ours coffees wonderfully! I hope to see them on my next trip!!

It's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting. Expensive coffee but it is what it is. Given four stars as it has to be viewed within the context of comparable chains and it compares relatively well. If you're in this part of London and need a coffee and somewhere to meet or work for a bit, it's worth a visit..

What a brilliant Store, service was quick but friendly. My coffee was turned round quickly too and was hot and as ordered. A new morning stop has been found!

I go there several times during the week to get a hot chocolate. The service is great! Friendly people who after a while know exactly what I want... They have now their own pastries cooked in the oven which is much better than what they used to have and that looked (and tasted) horrible. I tasted the pain au chocolat and it is a good one! I am still waiting for the Signature Hot chocolate to replace the one they have now... Please hear my voice! :)

Excellent service, listening to personal preferences. Diligent service in a good ambient. Great for the weekend when there aren't as many people in the street.
