Very similar to most other Starbucks. It's usp is that there are chairs and tables ro watch the world go by.
A great place to take in the city...assuming you're a tourist!
Service...exactly what you expect from Starbucks.

Had my regular Flat white which I usually have in other Starbucks, this one was definitely smoother and perfect

The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional. I accidentally spilled my coffee before even having a sip, but one of the team members directly cleaned the area despite the coffee rush. She handled the situation with great skill. Aisha and Juju are fantastic!

Visited this branch 28/12/24 17.30pm Girl on the till was amazing, I needed some ice and she was really caring and helpful. Service with a smile.

This morning I came into the shop for my coffee but the lady working in the till
I think she need to learn more about how to treat with customers.
I personally don't like to pay £4,50 and then deficient customer service. Definitely I will go to another shop next time. Sorry about, this feedback I'm not enjoying doing this.

Cafe near Saint Paul's Cathedral. Nice service and they packed my mug nicely as a gift. Large selection of sandwiches and desserts.

Just had a latte and croissant from this branch, and very happy. The latte with caramel syrup and whipped cream was actually really good, and the croissant was the one of the best I?ve tasted from Starbucks, very soft. May visit again..

Not sure why this place still exists selling hospital coffee when there are plenty of exceptional coffee places in the City. Last place I'd ever want to buy my coffee. Staff are brilliant though!
