Utterly appalling experience. The cakes were stale, the croissants tasted old, and the toilets were in a disgraceful state ? filthy beyond belief. The entire atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. This branch does not deserve its Reserve status in the slightest. You ought to take a serious look at how Starbucks operates in Dubai ? clean, professional, and world-class by comparison. Standards here have clearly fallen through the floor. Shameful.

Nice store, walked in, turned around to walk out as the store was so busy ( it?s a tourist site ) and a lovely man called Alex saw my frustration and took my order at the door allowing me to skip the queue without anyone noticing.

False advertising and old signage
Not a real reserve 2 Asian staff members were saying its still a reserve
This is not a reserve as they do not give the option of diffrent coffee beans
Will be reported to trading standards for disgusting attitude and false advertising old sinage

We came in to pick up breakfast before visiting the Tower of London and had a nice experience. I got a chicken tomato pesto sandwich on focaccia and an iced tiramisu latte. Service was friendly and fast. They had a lot of cute merchandise. There's plenty of comfortable seating. My sandwich was warm and tasty. I loved the tiramisu latte. It was chocolate forward and rich without being too sweet. This is a good convenient spot. It

Coffee prices are expensive as usual. There are only two bathrooms and they are not clean so you will have to wait a long time. Also, the hand dryer does not work.

We met Alex who was arranging the merchandise on the shelves. And because of his impeccable service and wonderful attitude we ended up buying a ton of stuff! If only every Starbucks had an employee like him! He truly made our day even more delightful. Thank you for everything Alex!

Not a terrible place. They do take a bit too long to make their mobile orders and whenever you order anything for breakfast they always seem to forget it.
They can 100% be better, but these small issues are far from show-stoppers.

I?ve visited many Starbucks locations across London, and this one was by far the best experience I?ve had. Laia was incredibly helpful and kind when she served me, and Katt made the best drink I?ve had to date. Outstanding service and quality. I?ll definitely be coming back!
