I have been coming to this Starbucks for years now since it?s close to my office. The staff was usually attentive and the service was fast. There was a change of management a few months ago which has resulted in the service being abysmal and staff constantly getting orders wrong and refusing to fix them. Every time I?ve gone here lately has resulted in an argument since there will be without doubt something wrong with my order and the staff will deny that it?s wrong.

A lovely lady named Isu served me, and was very sweet and made my experience a great one rather than just another day picking up coffee.
PS, the coffee was great as usual??

I went to this Starbucks last week and asked for an iced cappuccino with soya milk. The gentleman with the silver hair abruptly told me ?no we don?t do that? I said ? oh ok. They do it in the US and other UK stores so assumed the menu is the same for every store? he said no and continued to explain why. I know for a fact that most of what he said was not factual but who has the time to debate over Starbucks menu so I bought my soya iced latte and went on my way.
Yesterday I bought a soya iced matcha latte the same silver haired gentleman was at the front serving and his face was just stone. It created a really dense atmosphere and made me as a customer feel so uncomfortable.
I visited this store again this morning. I asked for an ice tea. Just your standard black tea with ice. The same silver haired man said to me ?we don?t do that?. Imagine my confusion at a coffee shop as popular and successful as Starbucks not being able to prepare and serve an ice tea, a drink so simple most people can make it at home.
I proceeded to ask ?is there something different with this particular store as you don?t seem to be able to do the same drinks as every other store?? He proceeded to try and explain but I was so confused and frustrated at this man?s attitude and the lack of service that I just left and went next door to grind who not only prepared and served me an ice tea in less than 5 minutes it only cost £3.
Needless to say I won?t be going back to Old Street Starbucks again and I?m seriously thinking about deleting the app because after that experience I?m not sure I want to keep spending my money at any store again. How awful smh. I very rarely leave reviews but the silver haired gentleman was quite awful and I think it needs to be known so others don?t experience his awful attitude and service.

I very rarely ever go into a starbucks, and now i know why! I had a cheese a marmite roll, which was so dry and bland, i couldn't eat most of eat, and it took an absolute age for my drink to be made, even though it wasn't busy. Its saving grace was that the staff were nice. I think I'll stay away in the future.
