Dora is amazing ? always smiling, going the extra mile, and making sure my coffee is perfect!
Nilay, the ?manager,? is often on his phone, attempting to ?discipline? staff in front of customers. This shows a lack of professionalism and an apparent weakness in leadership. He appears more focused on asserting authority than fostering a positive environment. I?d recommend reviewing the store?s management standards.

I live in Japan and haven?t been to Starbucks very often, so when I was asked for my name while ordering, I didn?t quite understand and simply replied, ?Name??. When I went to collect my drink, the barista called out with a cheerful smile, ?Mr No Name!?, and that?s when I realised what they had meant. We both burst out laughing. Their warm sense of humour and kind service made all the difference. Although it was late November and quite cold in London, that moment truly warmed my heart. It?s become one of my fondest memories from the trip.

I went to Starbucks to have something warm to drink. The location is nice and clean, but unfortunately the staff wasn?t very helpful. I told the server that I couldn?t fully understand what she was saying in English because she was speaking too fast, but she didn?t try to help anyway. I asked if they had tissues and sugar, and although she could see that I didn?t understand her, she didn?t show me where I could find them. When I first walked in, I asked if we could sit and use the bathroom, and she kept answering with an annoyed attitude.
I?ve visited other Starbucks locations around Europe and in London, and I can say that I?ve never experienced such behavior before when facing a language barrier. Considering that not all Starbucks and cafés are organized the same way, and especially when you're not local, a bit of friendliness would be much more appreciated.

Unexperts employees, I am a regular customer of Starbucks so I know their qualities. Non of their coffee?s r good at all because they are ruining it actual coffee/frappes/ice tea?s favours and taste please change staffs that are only downgrading this brand taste.My god!! Waste of money and energy to pick up something from this place.

Starbucks never disappoints! The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done, and the customer service is always warm and welcoming. Whether you?re grabbing your usual or trying something new, the vibe here makes every visit a little escape. Highly recommended for coffee.

Big avert outside for their seasonal lavender drinks, but when we went inside we were told all lavender drinks are out of stock. Misleading promotion; they should have atleast taken the advert down.

The staff are very rude when they have forgot something and you remind the lady could I have some oat milk for my tea because I payed for it and she was aggressive about it. Very bad service will not be going to this one ever again.
