I frequent Starbucks regularly, including this one. When I order a cold brew with less ice? I want a cold brew with less ice as I don?t want it diluted. On multiple occasions at this location I have witnessed them filling my cup up half with water. So to clarify, I do NOT want a diluted coffee for £6? I want a chilled coffee..
Would appreciate if a manager could respond to this post clarifying the practice of what the baristas should be doing in this situation as well as educating them on best practices as I do not believe this is it.

I ordered large late they gave me medium then changed it for me to large but there was half coffee in my cup

Waited 10 minutes for a java chip frappuccino after messing up my order and there weren't any java chips. Instead it's chocolate milk with coffee.

I have been a regular customer and it is really upsetting that this store never fill ups the matcha latte! Paying a £4.5 for a matcha and not even filled up isn?t acceptable! I have asked this morning the 2 waitroses to fill up my matcha and they both refused! Which sort of customer care is this?! It makes me not willing to spend any more money at Starbucks

I bought double espresso for take away. After walking away from the shop at first sip only realised Celena gave me diluted filter coffee in espresso cup. It's just a shame how they are ruining the image of a brand.
