The Euro cylinder on my front door broke when I went out to pick up my kids. The locksmith arrived quickly and had me back in my house within a few minutes and had the lock changed within an hour. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

My front door lock had been incorrectly fitted and wasn't sitting flush with the door and surrounding lock-piece. Leo informed me that when the original lock was installed, a small extension piece hadn't been fitted . He quickly removed the existing lock & fitted the small part required. The lock is now flush with the door.

I requested the services of St John St Locksmith & Safe. I needed a lock to be changed/replaced. The locksmith, I think his name was Aaron, arrived on time and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. The payment process was clearly explained and went off without a hitch. I also spoke with two people, their customer support, on the phone (once for a quote and once to arrange the work), and the way they converse and explain things was very friendly and efficient.

With a phone call, I was able to schedule a fairly rapid appointment. I needed rekeying for my new residence, so they scheduled me for the next morning, and Jon completed the job in within 15 minutes. This place just robbed me - my mailbox key was stuck and broken in the lock and I asked them for help. They have good reviews on google map and I thought they can be good. However, instead of suggesting me to buy a new set of lock and key online, they tried to fit it with a oversized lock and end up spending me 1 hour + £80 to fix this. YOU CAN BUY A REPLACEMENT ON AMAZON FOR £6.99 for God?s sake. Not a trustworthy business, stay away at all cost.
