Very unhappy with this store. I bought a junior swimming costume for my daughter and without removing any labels, protective covering or packaging, got home and realised it was the same size as her existing one. Took it back the next day, spoke nicely to the store manager with receipt intact and asked him if I could exchange it for the next age up. He refused, was really quite rude and told me I should have been told when I purchased it and that it's a new law by the Government (which I checked out and it seems this is incorrect). He refused to even consider that the swimsuit hadn't even been tried on, let alone worn and had ALL the protective covering on! Very disappointed and won't be visiting this store again.

Some really terrible staff, wouldn?t let me in with folding bike (which most shops do, especially sports shops) even though it?s ridiculous that they don?t have bike stands around (let?s say it?s bc of St Paul). Poor variety of items but the worst thing is the lady who is works in the checkout... she was a bit rude with all the customers.

Worst customer service yesterday. The cashier laughed when I complained that they did not have any bags for a big pile of items that I was buying. When I said in that case I could not buy them he just said "Alright then". They could not care less whether or not they made a sale.

Very poor customer service. I went to return a faulty product and was met with an aggressive response from the staff member behind the till. The manager was as equally aggressive when speaking to him. Ultimately i wasn't given a refund a would recommend any stay away from this store

I could go in and say what happened but essentially absolutely abysmal customer service from both floor and till staff......and for the location an above average customer service is needed.
Overall, it was a bad experience shopping here!

Spend £100 on trainers and have to pay £2 for a bag to carry them home in.
Just wish there was another sports shop near by.

Came with a couple hundred pounds ready to spend for some emergency boots. Had my bike w and forgot my lock. They didn?t let me in or offered any alternative solution. I missed my match, Sports Direct missed on their easiest sales ever?

Also they have been forcing you to buy a plastic bag for 2£ or carry your shoes bag in your hand.
It is a sale technique to sell a bag.

I purchased the wrong size and immediately tried to return it and the lady started shouting at me saying I wasn't able to over a few pounds?? Really is embarrassing and for sure the last time I'll use this chain

What a bizarre shop, for some reason the changing rooms don?t open until hours after the store opens and even then the rude staff couldn?t agree the time.. :)
3 people including myself walked out.. strange way to run a business !
