What an excellent service I received from Sporting Feet in Putney today.Using some interesting tech, gait analysis and discussion of foot biomechanics matched to the trainers I needed for my foot type.I was so impressed, I bought two pairs!I tried them out today and got a PB.It is always better to support local business and these guys clearly know their stuff.Also great to deal with a grown up rather than a teenager that just works weekends.Many thanks for your help today.

They were recommended to me by my boss and they exceeded expectations!Only had time on a Sunday for me and my partner to get fitted and they happily booked us in. We arrived and it was busy but they were professional, patient and thorough with a running assessment and allowed us to try on several options each! My partner was able to buy his shoes (Brooks) the same day, but my size needed to be ordered in, they arrived within 3 days and I was able to collect them (ASICS) I even got to pick my favourite colour. Upfront with all costs, details and discounts. We are first time running shoe buyers and they made the experience very nice, if you are thinking of investing in your first or next pair i highly recommend going here! Thank you to the team here!

Went for a Gait Analysis and found the customer service fab! The guy was super knowledgable and helpful (not overly pushy either). Deffo worth the visit if your a newbie to running.

Great service. Despite having "difficult feet" ? (nothing new there!) we found me a pair of shoes to play badminton in. Will be trying them out tomorrow in my first game in about 20 years. Felt good in the shop bouncing around and the chap was so helpful. Thank you.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. I had gone specifically to the Putney branch as my partner had told me how excellent their experience had been a few years ago. On arriving I explained I had signed up for a marathon and wanted some tips and advice regarding shoes. The salesman measured my weight distribution and size of feet, but then did no further assessment of my gait or stride pattern. I asked for advice regarding what shoes would be best for me, and what brands would be better for me, and he replied that he isn?t really a runner, and thinks it?s just personal preference. This was very disappointing and I lost confidence in anything he had to say. I think his colleague noticed my disappointment and did try to help and be more useful, but was also understandably seeing other customers, and was therefore unable to give me the help I needed. This other gentlemen was clearly passionate about what he was doing, so it was a shame I ended up with the first salesman.
