Experience was good but bought a 3year old Mercedes Benz them and after 8 months started having engine problems please do your due diligence and have all checks done before buying any car even if it seems newish

Ferman and Rekan are genuinely professional, knowledgable and kind individuals who went out of their way to help my 80 yr old mother when she broke down outside their shop. They fixed her car, calmed her down and made sure she was safe. They did not have to do any of this. You don?t see such generosity of spirit often nowadays.

Awful service. Walked in and approached someone for help buying a car. They told me to look on the website and look around at the cars ? and I asked do you know the prices and I was told on the website? don?t bother if you?re a young female your service will be impacted :)

Great first time experience with the team. Turned up and knew what I wanted. Such a smooth and seamless purchase for me. I had all the information I needed on the Mercedes A220 Premium I purchased. Test drive done and fell in love with the car.
In all the excitement of my purchase I didn't notice the parcel shelf was missing. One call to the showroom and they ordered and sent one out to my house.
Now that's the customer experience I could only have dreamt of.

Recently bought a Mercedes and unfortunately ended up having nothing but problems with the car but to give them credit and respect they was really understanding and tried to fix the issues which cost 1000?s but in the end ended up taking the car back with no hassle or trouble just straight forward and paid me the money back same day I went down, so thank you to the guys at spire cars
