I went for an eye test. I have a diagnosis of glaucoma. The Optician who tested my eyes appeared to be either recovering from a cold and/or had hay fever. He kept persistently rubbing his nose with his hand, and without washing them he was touching my eyes. If he had a cold, he should have worn a mask, washed his hands, and kept a tissue for the nose instead of his hand.
The visit was on 18 August, and a pair of glasses were ordered for me. By 4 September I had not heard anything, and upon calling I was told they were ready for collection. Having been told that I would be called upon their arrival did not happen.

Amazing customer service. Especially from the gentleman there, who helped me adjust my glasses today, he's really great and very helpful. It took him literally a few seconds, he knows his stuff. Seems like nothing is too much to ask from him. I would definitely recommend, the team is extremely nice and helpful. And a very wide choice of frames, too. Thank you :)
