Excellent experience at Specsavers getting my eye test and OCT scan. The entire process was efficient, speedy and pleasant. I had a 9am appointment on a workday, was seen on time and finished in 25 minutes. Optician Shivalee Sharma was professional, personable and gave me really useful insight into my eye health and my tip. At £25 for eye test and £5 for OCT scan, it was affordable too. Would recommend!

My special thanks goes to Ashina and Mohammed, they went above and beyond helping me find the right glasses. Ashina took great care measuring everything ensuring the fit is perfect. I picked up my glasses today and they are my best fitting pair!

Absolute lifesavers! I lost my last pair of contact lenses right as I was getting ready for a wedding that afternoon! Popped into this specsavers across the street and they were able to fit me in for an eye test and give me new contact lenses within the hour. The optometrist was really helpful with updating my prescription and getting me sorted with more comfortable lenses. They even threw in a little discount after hearing about my sob story of losing my lenses right before the wedding. Everyone I dealt with at the store was incredibly friendly and helpful 10/10

Booked a same-day contact lens appointment on a Friday. Arrived on time and was attended to immediately (within seconds). Where my previous contacts weren't available we changed to a more advanced brand and the exam was thorough in both checking my eyes for health and contacts for fit, and in answer all of my questions.

I had a fantastic experience today thanks to the outstanding service from customer service advisors Yusuf and Heidi, and the optometrist (whose name I sadly didn?t catch). They were all incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout my visit. I felt genuinely cared for and well looked after. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Specsavers for an eye test and to choose a new pair of glasses, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was stellar.
Although I don?t recall the name of the optometrist who did my eye test, they were professional, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease.
A special mention goes to Yusuf, the customer service advisor who assisted me in selecting my frames and processing my order. He was friendly, patient, and efficient, making what can sometimes feel like a tedious process genuinely enjoyable.
Overall, the branch had a warm, welcoming atmosphere with very short wait times and excellent communication from everyone involved. It was clear the team takes real pride in their work and in looking after customers.
Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one, I?ll definitely be coming back and recommending this Specsavers branch to others.

Choosing new frames with Shaffaq was an absolute delight. She was so thoughtful, patient, and genuinely helped me find the perfect pair. She suggested alternative options that suited both my style and budget, and I really appreciated her honest advice and warm approach. An attentive group of staff. So lovely and welcoming. I will never forget how helpful and patient they were with me during my first ever eye exam at the age of 31.
