Came to collect my glasses, once again smashing service by Suk, Dina, Tais and I forgot other gentleman s name but will never forget your service guys. Store was busy they served 4 ppl while I waited .

Suk Orjela saved my vision! During a routine eye exam something amiss came to light and I was sent poste haste to Moorfields A&E where they confirmed I developed a macular hole. It was caught in time and my surgery was a success. If it hadn't been for Specsavers on the Strand I do not think my vision would have been saved. I owe them my sight. And a sterling review!!!!!!!!!

If you?re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely kind optometrist, I couldn?t recommend Sukveer and the team at Specsavers Strand more highly.

Unclear return policy. Thought I could return some glasses given 100 days no quibble no fuss policy as written on the receipt and on their website. I came to the store to make a return to find out it actually has to be done within 28 days. This wasn?t written on the receipt or on their website. Extremely misleading.
