I am a Space NK devotee, but I avoid this location due to a particularly rude team member. From the reviews on Google I can tell other people have had the same experience with her major attitude over the smallest things.

A few members of staff seem to not care so much but the ones who are motivated made it up!Already came a few times there as they have great quality brands and I must say I had the best advising today ever in this kind of shop. Clear guidance, not too pushy and respecting my budget and criterias. Well done, will be back for sure.

Really poor service, one staff member in particular is extremely imposing and particularly rude- will make sure I go to another branch although it's a shame as this is my local Space NK. Managers should invest in staff training for better customer service experiences.

I purchased an expensive facial oil and explained that due to faulty lid I cannot open the product so would like to exchange itThe team were initially happy to exchange the product for me as I had shown proof of purchase but then refused to due to me calling past the a 28days exchange windowI believe the exchange policy should apply to ?changing my mind? not receiving faulty packaging. The staff member then tried to refer me to going directly to the brand of the product Charlotte Tilbury and getting a ?good will? exchange.When asking twice if there is anything they can do, to be flexible the member of staff rudely dismissed me and said ?I will not continue to repeat myself? showing no customer care and an attitudeSince the staff member herself suggested that the direct brand they resell in their store offer goodwill exchanges in such extenuating circumstance I suggest to anyone to buy directly with brands and skip the rude, patronising staff in this branch.

Not impressed. Was promised instore that delivery would be Thursday 16 December 2021. Not received.Went instore to querie. No follow up call or update as promised. No welcome email or loyalty card. Just really disappointing considering the amount spent. Staff instore, very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and a variety of products. Chrysoula took the time to listen to what I wanted and my reservations regarding my sensitive skin. She wholeheartedly recommended a product and turns out it is exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend visiting.

Not a great customer experience.. I went in this evening ready to spend a lot of money but was put off by a very pushy and rude manager! It?s a bit of an archaic system when trying to refund/exchange/order products, which happens a lot in the UK so I?m used to it. But dealing with an unpleasant and entitled manager makes it a really awful experience :SFor what it?s worth there was a girl who?s joined 3 weeks ago who was great.

Lovely staff. Super friendly, unlike the two locations in NYC. Very informed twenty-something in particular who is wonderfully candid in thoughtfully disclosing her opinion on the various brands they carry as well as those they don't. If you are stuck in a La Prairie rut or don't understand why La Mer isn't doing anything for you, stop by for an informative insider opinion on the current technology and goings on in the world of cosmeceuticals.
