Extremely unfriendly staff at Space Nk Primrose Hill. Had an awful experience with a lady called Zaynab. She is very rude and disrespectful to loyal customers like me who have been shopping with spacenk for the last 25 years.

Space NK is a great store... sadly who ever manages the Primrose Hill store has no desire for the shop to make a profit and will likely have to close because of this. It's 2023 not 2020 and they have not changed their policy - the doors remain locked, only one family or individual at a time, the staff are then unfriendly and snooty if you do happen to get lucky to enter. I walked past the other day and wanted to drop in for a few items, the door was locked and the only individuals inside were those that worked there, just chatting and on their phones. Ridiculous!

I have been two weekends in a row and both times the door was locked and each time they let people in on request - almost like being back at covid times. One time was because till was broke - fair enough. Next time was because they were ?short staffed?. Two people were working and I was the only customer in the shop so slightly exaggerated. Then finally I went to buy something and it was sold out and they ordered for me to my address and now I receive it and find out they ordered the wrong item. Very annoying and agree with other reviews that staff are not friendly and it?s disappointing as I normally love Space NK and this is the closest one to me

The service was very disappointing. For some reason the lady at the till was convinced that I came here to steal and kept looking at me while serving another customer. When I asked her to show me mascaras, she kept looking at my bag trying to look inside, then she went near the shelve where I was, looking at a products as if I took something. I regret i didn?t say anything to her as she made me feel very uncomfortable. Not professional at all.
