Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable in this store. Been a customer for several years.Most amazing customer service yesterday when the manager Revecca assisted me in choosing a perfect colour match and with no fuss exchanged an item when I accidentally bought the wrong colour. Really appreciated being treated so respectfully and then guided truthfully towards what works for my skin. Thanks team

The best !!! Honestly Becca was wonderful, she made me look exactly how I wanted but more ?she was so Knowledgeable and most of SO KIND!I will 100% be back to learn how to do my makeup from her and for her to bless my face over and over again!

The customer service in this store is appalling.Click and collect service is a mess too. The system or them do not inform via email saying that the package is in the store, and when you go to collect it, they instantly open your package rummaging though and checking the content of the box without prior consent or asking.I will never use their click and collect system or step in that store.Although I live locally will have to go to Brent Cross brach to get a decent service.

A lovely shop but over the top (tone deaf?) sales approach. I went in to look around for a tried and tested hydrating serum that was not too expensive. A sales lady tried to sell me a new very expensive oil (I repeatedly told her I don't like oils) that came out that day after two years of work. I told her it was outside my price point and was told to imagine all the money I could save on facials (I have a baby and toddler and can't remember the last time I got a facial)! :) I was also assured that it I don't like it I can bring it back and she will personally remember me (as a long time customer I am aware that Space NK has a good return policy which would be honoured by any staff member or branch). Please can Space NK just let customers browse and use a less wheeler dealer sales pitch? In the end I found it too draining to buy anything and left the shop.

I walked passed the shop today because I read the reviews and thought I'd get poor service but after a few steps I decided to go in since I really wanted this particular NARS foundation. The lady who served me was so friendly and helpful. Her name was Ellen. I'm glad I went in and I will definitely be back.

Staff are still wearing mask and virtue signalling how very afraid they are to deal with you - honestly 3 years later after covid debacle !! I won't shop there again I'm sick of these people in MH of a particular hue and their victimhood.

I have recently been to my local space nk in Muswell hill. A lovely lady named Bushra served me, very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my skin concerns. She recommended some products which I bought and am very happy with so far.

I recently visited the muswell hill branch and I was absolutely blown away by how lovely the staff were! I was warmly greeted as soon i entered and assisted immediately by the makeup artist (Rebecca). She was absolutely lovely! And had so much knowledge. I got some amazing hourglass products which i now use and love and was given some great Sunday Riley samples which I may have to come in for!Also got loads of points on my indulge card. Thank you for the perfect shopping experience, i will be back very soon

I went into Space NK - Muswell Hill looking for some advice to refresh my skincare routine and look for a new foundation. Ellen was particularly helpful. She gave very helpful recommendations based on what I needed and explained how to use a range of products. Will definitely be going back to do some Christmas shopping soon. Thank you!

I went in to Space NK in Muswell Hill just to have a browse. I hadn?t been in a very long time because I didn?t like the attitude of the staff in this branch, however I noticed a change, a lovely lady named Bushra was very friendly and knowlegable on skin care and showed me some lovely products which I bought. I hope the standard stays the way I found it to be on this visit so that I can continue to go to my local branch instead of travelling to other areas.
