I go regularly. Staff is always nice and helpful. Not to mention about their large and top notch quality of brands. Absolutely recommend for those who love skin care.

Horrendous experience, store manager is intimidating, rude and argumentative. Absolutely zero customer service provided. Staff will follow you around the store. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this store at all costs. With so many 1 star reviews of this and other space nk stores, it?s a wonder they still get customers. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Staff just not helpful or very welcoming. I came in here twice during Christmas, first time no one asked if I needed help instead all the girls were just talking amongst each other and on their phone, was an awkward silence as I left which made me feel uncomfortable as I was the only customer there. Second time I visited I asked for a rare beauty brush which showed on the website that they did have it in stock but again the staff just didn?t seem like they wanted to help so I went to another spacenk to get it.

Leng is amazing! He is the first make up artist who made an impact on me. I learned so much as I wanted also to acquire knowledge on what best suits me. I achieved instant results. What I like about the store is that one can request samples of all the products. I highly recommend Leng!!!All members of staff are always very friendly and helpful with my samples? requests. This is the perfect place for me as I can confidently buy after a short testing period. Thank you!

Today is a bank holiday so I checked the opening hours here and on their website to make sure I don?t waste a trip. Both showing normal opening hours. Turned up, and the store was closed.Is it too much to ask that accurate and up to date information is provided so customers don?t waste their time?

Absolutely terrible customer service. The girl in the makeup area clearly doesn't know what she is doing there. Save your time and go somewhere where people actually want to work and enjoy selling their products.

great selection, i use by terry and i can get products there. i had a make over and i really enjoyed it. i will visit next time j am in london.

I've visited a few different Space NK stores, and this by far is the worst! My experience consisted of the following:1. No greeting or help upon arrival, instead I had to listen to a Sales assistant gossip to a friend about things he should probably only be saying in private.2. When a Sales assistant did finally help me, she was completely miserable throughout the whole thing - never understand why people work in CUSTOMER-FACING ROLES when they clearly hate it!3. I wanted to exchange a product that I didn't have a good reaction to, and I used it for just over a week to be sure, but the way the Sales assistant responded to me over it was as if I had just stolen something. i mean, it is your policy after all, so what's the problem?4. Several of the products that I did want to buy as part of the exchange were not sold in store, and instead of the Sales assistant guiding me to what could be similar, she just kept staring at me for a decision, basically as if i was wasting her time! What i couldn't understand, however, was why they didn't offer me a gift card instead? Either way i'm spending it at your store.All in all, a rubbish experience and I certainly won't be visiting it again!Shout out to the Windsor store though, they were brilliant, helpful, and basically everything you would expect from a retailers like Space NK, so I definitely will continue to visit this store in future!
