Very rude service, was neglected at the closed door with the pram and when asked whether they have a spare mask as I lost mine was just refused entrance, will rather order online from somewhere else

I am a long-time customer of Space NK. I visited the Blackheath store for the first time yesterday and have only positive things to say about the customer service. Both Lucy and Sophie were very helpful and took their time to help me choose my products and explain their benefits. Customer service over the phone has also been excellent. Thank you guys!

What a beautiful addition to Blackheath Village! Such a lovely store and the staff are so helpful, dealt with Naomi and Lucy so far and both were really accommodating and knowledgable. Definitely recommend this store for all your luxury beauty and skincare needs. I say luxury but their price points are various so they have a lot for different budgets!

Such a great addition to Blackheath Village! The shop is beautiful, the staff are wonderful - friendly, extremely knowledgeable and the range of product they offer is amazing. Our yoga studio is just above and it's a dangerous neighbour to have for my wallet ;)! Their COVID procedures are excellent and the shop is spacious, well ventilated and I feel very comfortable shopping there!
