The staff here are some of the rudest people I?ve ever had the displeasure of meeting, abrasive and downright mean. I wanted to return an unused, faulty product purchased just hours earlier and was told to ?come back tomorrow? before being told to **** off. Anyone watching might have assumed by the hostility that I?d pulled down my pants and offered to **** the guy?s mother. I spoke calmly and eloquently, which no doubt infuriated him further. I?ve given these guys the benefit of the doubt since we all have bad days (more so these days apparently, which is why I prefer to shop online away from negative energy) but endeavour to never set foot in this pigsty again. Not even if you paid me. Worst customer service in a long time.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to share this. I popped into the store with my dog to buy cigarettes and the cashier's behavior was plain rude. He loudly shouted at me in front of everyone, claiming he warned me before despite this being my first time bringing my dog to the shop. It was disrespectful and excessive. While I respect a no-dog policy, it seems inconsistent as others around the area bring their dogs without any issue. If you have a policy, apply it to everyone- most importantly be kind and professional. I won?t be returning.

I forgot my ID to collect UPS parcel, staff explained I needed original ID, fair enough, came back next day and all dealt with quickly, no problems.

Rude beyond belief!! Misleading and con artists! The shopkeeper threw the goods across the shop because we tried to swap something that they sold to us incorrectly. Don't ask for cigarettes because if they give you cigarellos and you try to exchange them, they will not allow it!

They are the worst they still your money and they did give you back no moneyThe drivers send you a text is your door nobody is at your door they text you you text them and after they cancel your order and nobody answers the phone and they did give you money back

Disgusting customer service, I called them up a few times and they?ve hanged up on me. Guys Don?t bother ordering from them on Uber Eats. They have completely ripped me off. Out of the 4 items I have purchased I only received 1 item.Be very careful. Avoid them at all cost.Update:The issue has been resolved. Thank you for your help.

Rude staff and fake DPD collection point. Be aware!!! The shop is just advertised but not used as a DPD collection point as the rude owner is saying the shop is too small for this. Disgusting staff!
