Last Monday, while out jogging, I got bitten by a dog. I went to South Ealing Pharmacy as it was the nearest available pharmacy. The pharmacist was sympathetic and helpful and gave good advice. Later, I came back and she gave me a tetanus jab. I was fortunate that day to find a good pharmacist so quickly. Now all I have to do is find the dog owner.

Great staff and best service. I went to pick up a prescription for my ear following a phone consultation with a GP. One of the pharmacist took time to talk to me about my symptoms as I had this issue with my ear since Christmas and I only could have a couple of phone consultations with a doctor since then. She checked my ear and found that I have an infection. She gave me antibiotics and great advice. I can't thank her enought.

I came to get my travel vaccinations. Pharmacist Basirat assisted me in what I needed and was very helpful and kind. The process was efficient and quick. I would recommend calling up before to make sure they have the vaccine you need- their online system said they had something which they didn?t. Definitely recommend their service

My two children received the chicken pox vaccine here and the Pharmacist Basirat was so kind and patient with them, helping to make them feel at ease. I highly recommend.

I decided to go to South Ealing Pharmacy and Travel Clinic to get a flu jab. I called beforehand and the member of staff who answered was very friendly and helpful. This was the same when I arrived. All the staff there were great apart from the pharmacist. This might be hard, but this review has gone from a 5-star review to a 2-star review because of the pharmacist. She was told I was waiting yet ignored me - not once but several times. I waited and every time she had a moment free she seemed to find someone else to speak to even people who entered after me.I would understand if it happened just the once but it was not the case. I got so fed up I decided to leave. As I was leaving another very nice member of staff who had seen I had been waiting for some time approached me and asked if I was ok. She was very nice and could see I was fed up waiting.I politely made an excuse and said it was not urgent and I would return. Well, that?s not going to happen while that pharmacist is working there.I usually use the Travel Clinic in Northfields, which is further away from me, and thought I could save myself trip now that I have a travel clinic on my doorstep. However, I will continue using the one in Northfields where ALL the staff are consistently polite and friendly.I feel bad about writing such a negative review as everyone else was great, but if I didn?t do anything, I think the pharmacist would think she can get away with this rude behaviour.

I was visiting London from the US when I unexpectedly found myself in need of a refill on a prescription. As my US prescription wouldn?t work here, the staff went above and beyond to help me find a local prescriber and the (locally uncommon) medicine I needed. While I waited, I witnessed the staff serve other customers with care, patience, and punctuality. I was extremely impressed!

The help that I get from this chemist, the staff are extremely helpful, polite and the customer service is the best I have ever come across in a chemist. I was really stuck and needed a priscription but it was out of hours, I was very distressed but they arranged to drop it off even after the chemist was closed. I tried to give the delivery man a tip and he would not take it. I would highly recommend this clinic with its very high standard of customer!

I had two good experiences one with Nina the Pharmacist and the other with Jamie, the one with Jamie was excellent ? I was trapped at the Eye Hospital with straggling Nurse to get my details and medical information about me , I called my local pharmacy wich is South Ealing pharmacy and in few seconds Jamie helped and safe my time at hospital.well done Jamie.

Slightly inconsistent service (they dont always message me when my meds are ready but usually they do) however they're really friendly and helpful and answer the phone quickly.I've also had flu vaccines here and they're great, efficient, quick easy etc.Once i had to stay home as i was isolating due to possible covid exposure and they were able to drop my meds off at my home (im local) as a one off which was good of them.Best pharmacy I've experienced in the area and they are a caring team who i trust to be honest and do their best to help.Not part of the review but just a helpful note if you're waiting here for meds, it's a bit of a deadzone in terms of mobile signal so best to go outside if you need to message or call someone.
