Did not have the best experience there. Had booked in for eyebrow threading but asked the beauty therapists advice on whether I should get wax, she suggested wax but did not ask which kind I?d prefer. Did not test the heat level of the wax and went straight into it. She didn?t ask how I wanted the brows to look but I told her I did not want it too thin. I felt man handled the whole time I was there. A few times she forcefully moved my head and put quite a bit of pressure on my eye area causing me to wince. It was not a pleasant experience and when I told her I was not happy with my brows as it was too thin (even though I told her specifically I didn?t want it too thin) she didn?t really say much. Very disappointed.

I was lucky enough to have Tayyibah to do my eyebrows and I?m SO happy with them. She threaded, cut and tweezered away. Attention to detail was taken and I?m very happy with my result. She was super friendly too

I book appointments with the same hairdresser and the cut takes less then 15 minutes due to being a dry cut and medium to short length hair. Is it true you cannot put layers into fine hair? In the past with shorts cuts I have always used layers and a feather look to give it shape and bounce. Never the less the cut was essentially important as the split ends were appearing, I also need to dye my hair so perfect timing of the month.

Premium price for not a premium service. I had colour on my roots and a haircut. Colour in my roots is lighter than the rest of my colour hair and I can style my hair better myself. Also, during the time waiting for the colour, I wasn't checked once with the place empty so I felt very unattended. The staff was eating so I could smell the food from the chair... not a very relaxing experience. Not coming back.
