Went to Snow and Rock for a Ski Boot fitting. Mike had great knowledge, was genuine and tailored his recommendations to my requirements. I found the exact boots I needed.Ski equipment and clothing stock is lower at this time of year which is understandable. They are likely to have more from mid/late Oct apparently.

Lubica and Mike, Were amazing! Lubica helped my Mum buy her first pair of Ski boots in 30 years. She took timeand was excellent at making sure they fitted properly. Mike helped me refit my boots all free of charge with fit guarantee! Amazing patience and easy to talk too. Highly recommend if you need a ski boot fitting.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The gentleman who helped me was immediately understanding of my needs and picked two pairs for me to try, one of which I would have never picked as it was a brand that I had never heard of. It was the unknown to me brand I ended up purchasing and have been super happy with it. The gait analysis facility here is very useful; I felt like I was in expert hands throughout.

Came in with my partner to get a ski boot fitting. A guy named Will did the appointment and I felt the need to leave a review because he was fantastic. Clearly very clued up and gave lots of well reasoned advice about the products, and was happy to entertain our random questions about how the fitting equipment worked. Great sense of humour and all round really nice experience. Cheers Will!

Been in a few times here.Staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and will give you really great advice for whoever they are talking to.Ella was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer our questions about ski boots. Even though it?s very outside the season for northern hemisphere!

Both Chiswick and cov G stores were amazing. The lovely chap in Chiswick advised me that the trousers had gone down in the sale and refunded me the difference. Amazing

Excellent ski boot service at Snow and Rock Covent Garden this week. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, helpful, efficient and thorough. First class advice offered and addressed the needs of the customer. Ski boot fitting has to be booked in advance to make sure you get the level of attention and service the staff are keen to provide. It may seem to be a bit of a hassle but the level of personal service it enables the staff to deliver is a massive benefit to the customer.

Had to wait a while until an assistant came over (even though the store was neraly empty) but he was really really helpful. I don't however feel he gave enough time to considering the length of the skis. The performance of the skis was amazing so I'm 98% happy.

I visited the store for new ski boots and didn?t realise I needed an appointment for the fitting. Ella was really flexible and fit me in as someone hadn?t turned up. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She made the whole process very straightforward and easy ??

Asked to try on ski boots in a near empty store with dozens of staff not doing much & told I need to book an appointment. Explained I don?t need a full fitting & that there appeared to be plenty of staff available. Flat refused to offer any help.

We found the Snow + Rock customer service to be very poor at the central London stores we visited.Plenty of staff - just not interested in assisting customers (even when approached and asked for help).

I was very disappointed to not find the Sorel boots that I'd travelled in for - in my size or one larger. The website noted their availability, but the helpful sales asistant, Jess, said that they weren't. She looked up a nearby Cotswold store that apparently had some in stock.After a long wait at that Cotswold store we were told they weren't there either, and were advised to return to Snow + Rock Covent Garden as the system had stock there.... exactly as I had seen online! It would be far more helpful to not enable the "check store stock" function on the website if it's not accurate. With train strikes and illnesses on the rise prior to Christmas, this was an exceptionally frustrating waste of time!A snow/outdoor store that doesn't have snow boots right before snow season.. ??
