Shop was messy and staff was bored and borderline rude. Ok if you know what you want but wouldn?t expect any advice from them which is odd cause i find staff in similar shops normally quite nice and helpful! Wouldn?t go again

The shop was great but the two men on the second floor were rude and unhelpful. They made me feel stupid for not knowing about outdoor gear, how to layer and choose a jacket etc. I got the feeling they were laughing at me

Brilliant experience. EMILY was informative friendly took time to explain and advise us. We came to get my daughter a new pair of running shoes. We came away with a gait analysis , clear information and a pair of trainers which were fit for purpose. Would definitely recommend this store.

I was passing through London at the beginning of a vacation trip. My ancient and repaired left knee started acting up and I looked for a walking stick to help. I was near the Snow + Rock store @ Covent Garden, and saw they seemed to have a Leki stick with just the right design. I went to the store, and Alfonso worked with me as they didn't have it in stock. He said they'd deliver in a day...but it took two...but I got the Leki stick and it's just what I needed. Thank you S+R and Alfonso!
