I stayed here to stay at the hotel as it was the closest to the arena. Everything was perfect and clean, staff very friendly and breakfast was cooked to perfection, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Located a ten minute walk from the arena and 15 minute walk from the shops was very good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful Add the breakfast you won?t be disappointed especially with kids eating free

What a Night and a good Laugh! Staff are all brilliant whoever we came in contact with. We was out for a night out had some good laugh with staff who squeezed us in for breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay again Thanks

I don?t normally write reviews but for this hotel I had to. Fab stay all in all close to town. Glad they had a car park. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and rooms were fresh and clean. Thanks for the stay.

Disappointed with my stay. Disabled access was ridiculous , the door was locked every time and had to ring the doorbell and then they questioned why you needed the disabled access..then when we arrived the queue to check in out the door took half an hour to check in, a bit of advice - get all the cards for the rooms sorted before the day?so you just get people to sign and pay?then to top it off, had to wait another 15 mins to book in for my dinner. Overall, the hotel room is nice just so close to the road, keeps you up! Also, the pizza I had was delicious.

I have stayed at Premier Inns before and, by and large, you know what your're going to get. I was not disappointed. I will certainly use Premier Inns again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Everything was good about this hotel. Great location on the canal and a 15 minute walk into the city. Ten minute walk from the train station. Exceptionally clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room.

There was blood on the bedding and light switches. The toilet had stains on our arrival! I want my money back. I tried to complain to reception but they fobbed me off and said they can?t deal with it as it has to be dealt with by the online team. That team take 20 days to reply!

Been a while since I?ve stayed here. Rooms are looking tired now. Main reason for leaving this review is that the staff I met were so helpful. Restaurant was closed due to a flood and Lee stepped up by providing a brilliant suggestion for a takeaway pizza. Thanks Lee, top chap. Then Brenda offered a free coffee to go with the takeaway. Thanks ever so much. People like you make Premier Inn what it is??

Really great and comfortable room, got free beer and galaxy chocolate which we enjoyed. Great hospitality and lovely staff. I had a great nights sleep, the floor i was on was lovely and quiet. Would deffo stay here again

Fab stay would stay again, rooms a bit warm fan provided, staff lovely. Would recommend and stay again once I?m in Nottingham. Everything in close proximity close to shops and pubs. Recommend having a discount for car park

Hotel is looking a little dated and could do with a freshen up. No fan cover in the shower which was a little creepy. Not that the fan ever works anyway. You can also see where the previous super wide beds (that PI now pretend weren't so abundant a little while ago, instead of just being honest and saying they don't do them now) were because of the headboard and fitted side tables. A good foot+ away from each side of the bed. When we flushed the toilet (215) the water pressure went down in the cold tap and it took forever to fill the toilet back up. The tv also frequently lost signal and kept making a lot of loud popping noises. Most rooms are not like that though. For those who complain about the lack of AC and windows that won't open far, we have always found at least one if not sometimes two fans in the room. I mean they could let the windows open wide and when your little darlings fall out, you'd be able to complain. Staff were super friendly as always. We left it until later to check in because of the ridiculous £10 charge knowing it would be busy at 3.

Hotel is very well located within walking distace of the train station. All staff i met had a friendly manner and wanted to help. The food was excellent the restaurant had a nice quiet atmosphere. The hotel was as advertised.

Great service and accomodating staff. Quiet and comfortable stay, lovely shower and great breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and i would highly recommend this hotel and will visit again .

Room always lovely. Special mention to sangya and Toni who are always lovely every time I stay. Lovely breakfast every time and rooms always clean. Excellent premier inn. Great location and close to everything I need.
