I visited Smiggle in Westfield shopping center. The lady and the supervisor were very nice! I gave them a list with the stuff I wanted for my grandchildren and they willingly went and found everything for me. When the couldn?t find something they found replacements for it. I was very happy with my purchases. My grandchildren love smiggles very much.

My daughter loves Smiggle products and bought her 2. Backpack last week. Ilove their colourful designs but they don?t last if you wash them few times. I wish we could use it longer as it is not cheap.

Terrible treatment. I was taking a picture of 3 options for my daughter. The cashier shouted to me and grabbed them and took them from me. He told me get out of his store. When it wasn?t his store. The Oxford street store that?s next to Claire?s. Have never been treated this bad in my life.

Went here and got my daughter a new backpack for her schoolstart. Great selection but very "cartoonish" and colorful so it's not for people who don't want sharks, space or unicorns on their stuff :)

I had worst experience in that shop. I bough 3 different type lunch/snack boxes for my little girl. Two of them are broken. I could not imagine that in these days shop assistant can be so much evil and cold blooded to sell this type of items. I will never return to that shop and avoid that brand altogether. So upsetting when you are sold rubbish that needs to go straight to bin.
