their service and the quality and quantity of clothes they generously gave me blew me away genuinely ???! i had a virtual interview call and then got to go to their hq. when i tell u from the moment u walk in, service was top-notch. you see all these brunch bars and get offered a drink, and then get to go downstairs after telling them your clothing preferences, and see they?ve already set out clothes for you, and give advice on what they think looks best.i got a bag, tops, bottoms, shoes, a coat and even a necklace.. and later i didn?t even realise that they had put in a few skincare/makeup products - it?s truly amazing!!! i feel like im definitely more ready to be in the workplace with these new clothes. you can tell they have a good workplace culture, and the goal of empowering women is, of course, so great.

Such a brilliant charity, got referred to them and within a few days I was offered meetings with them for interview help and for a fitting, the team are lovely and extremely helpful, they even offer virtual meetings if you're unable to get to them in London, thank you all again for your help

I think is highly deserved this 5 starts and not even enough?. I still have the black sweater, amazing quality and you can see how proud I was of myself even if I struggled to find a job! Thanks a lot and that means a lot for me?. You reminded me and remembered sending me an invitation. Hope, who knows all the young people from london will gonna have the chance to feel important and valuable and clean and new and so many others feeling but you are professional and the lady that prepared me for the interview told me some tricks for example ? you should Google it first the location and be prepared. That?s the word. * PREPERED* it has a beautiful meaning now for me. Thanks again! May God Bless you with health and joy ? and much more!! ??

This charity helps the unemployed to return to work. They supply clothes for interviews and have an on-site work coach who offers tips and resources to help with CVs, alternative job searches and other creative ideas to explore. The team are amazingly friendly and I felt thoroughly spoilt for once. What a delight.

Incredible charity run by women for women! Everybody who works there that I've had the pleasure of encountering has always been so lovely, kind and radiated friendly energy. They supported in me with interview coaching where we practiced 1:1, gave me a gorgeous professional outfit that I could wear for the interview and I left feeling so taken care of. Excellent service all around. Best part is that thanks to them I ended up getting the job that I was applying for, thank you Smart Works, appreciate y'all.

I have never encountered such heartfelt goodwill and encouragement from a Company. After spending a very long time searching for work and taking guidence and making improvements along the way, I had the good fortune to be referred to Smart Works by my work coach Colin at Work Routes. From the second you walk through the door you are enveloped by the welcoming staff and any nerves evaporate. The interview coaching I had with 2 fabulous ladies helped me no end (how to stop rambling) and really stuck with me at my interview. The dressing was such fun and the clothes were so me. I went to my interview prepped and dressed for confidence. I got the job?. Truely grateful to all the volunteers and those who donate. Thank you x

Special thanks to ruth and clair that dealt with me , exceeded my expectations.As soon as i entered the building i was welcomed with a friendly and professional manner from all staff.Heather was also great at what she does helping me prepare for my interveiw thank you so much.I left the building feeling very confident and empowered.:)I would also like to thank Jane and Sinead, they assisted me on my second dressing when i got the job! It was a pleasure working with them , they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy, comfortable and they met my requirements to the T.
