I?m not one to leave bad reviews but asked politely to see if they had a size of a specific shoe. Waited over 30 mins for no one to follow up anything with me. Maybe something went wrong (?) - not sure but at least approaching me and saying that they don?t have the size would have been nice :/

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.I asked if they had my size. At first I was sent to a machine, where I tried to scan the barcode, which didn't work, so I asked the girl in the till, who asked me to ask the guy I asked in the first place!!!I was so frustrated that I just left.Utterly ridiculous and not friendly at all.
