We used Simplexity Travel to plan our Honeymoon to Singapore and Bali earlier this month. The discussion process with the agent was very easy and we were able to book exactly what we wanted with any changes to rooms and flights along the way. They were always responsive to email and by phone to any queries that we had. We did have an incident where a transfer did not arrive however this was quickly resolved by a local agent and my messages were answered by the 24 hour emergency WhatsApp line. Will definitely be using again.

My wife and I plus two friends have just returned from a wonderful three week stay at The Ixian Grand All Suites Hotel on the island of Rhodes. We stayed in adjoining Beachfront Grand Suites which boasted an infinity sharing pool with its own private area and sun decks.For peace and quiet you could not ask for more as they are away from the popular swimming pool and laid back from the beachfront. The perfect ?adults only? resort.Staying in the Grand Suites we were able to utilise for both breakfast and evening dinner, the excellent Alazonia restaurant. Needless to say the food was amazing whilst the staff, each and every one of them, deserve 11 out of 10 for their attention to detail and the friendly manner they went about their duties. It was tough saying our farewells to them as indeed it was leaving this wonderful Resort. (Photo of the staff attached)We also enjoyed two excellent evening dinners at the Milonges restaurant which specialises in Greek food. Again the food and staff were excellent with a special mention to Michael who was absolutely charming both in the restaurant and whenever we came across him elsewhere in the Hotel.Talking of special mentions, the main bar area would not be the same without the hardworking and seemingly ever present Manolis.During our stay we took time out to visit Lindos one evening which is a must for anyone visiting Rhodes, and also of course a couple of visits to Rhodes Old Town. Here we would strongly recommend a restaurant called Romeo.As you may imagine there is nothing that we could fault nor would we have wanted to. The whole three weeks proved to be excellent value for money and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Ixian (and indeed Simplexity themselves) to those who are contemplating visiting Rhodes. We ourselves look forward to returning to this jewel midst the Aegean Sea.

I phone in to check about booking a holiday package to Spain with my family, on Their services list mentioned Visa arrangement and when I asked the guy he said no we do not deal with visa however I and my kids are British citizen but my partner is not. The guy respond was "we are not a visa agency" so it is better if they delete it from their list.

I phoned up requiring assistance regarding Covid-19 Travel regulations to Spain as I'm terrible with admin like this even though I hadn't booked the holiday through Travel Simplexity. Mark answered, and knowingly still helped me, was really friendly and provided me with all the information straight away. I felt this was cheeky on my behalf, but now I'm aware of Travel Simplicity and will be purchasing my next holiday through Mark. Many thanks again.Matt

Incredible company. After I had been badly advised by a travel agent and the airline, Mark took over and completely sorted for us. He gave us options, advice, came up with the perfect solution and got us the best and most convenient deal.
