My family used to use this pharmacy when it was under the "kubri" brand - the management were so pleasant and we went there a lot. Recently my mother went to let them know not to send a repeat prescription on a certain day because no one will be home and it will be a wasted trip. This seemed to trigger management and she got an entire lecture on how it's a "complimentary" service and unacceptable things were said all because we didn't want them to have a wasted trip. We will be switching pharmacies - clearly they don't want regular custom.

Our experience with Shri Pharmacy has been wonderful. The staff and the manager Urvi are highly professional yet very friendly and hospitable. During lockdown, Shri Pharmacy as a whole had gone out of their way in providing a very personalized, convenient and very smooth services. I really appreciate this, especially the home deliveries at crucial times. Also, Urvi really goes out of her way in getting to know her customers and their needs. I highly recommend Shri Pharmacy.

1st class customer service.I have used this service for some time, never any issues, orders are processed and delivered quickly and I would recommend to anyone. there are all staff knowledgeable and one of the staff urvashi she explained regarding medicine and how to take care of my self is excellent. Excellent service given here. Deliver medicines to my mother on a regular basis. They even organise the medicine tray for daily intake of various tablets, which is awesome.
