Excellently curated and very pleasant to shop in. Prices are too high for certain items

Manager was incredibly rude. I tried to return an £18 bag I had bought that day, as it was not explained at the time of purchase that they only accepted exchanges for accessories. I had also only been given one receipt back instead of the ?correct receipt?. I did not complain about this and yet the manager was not at all polite and basically implied that it was my fault. After I thanked him for his time and went to leave, he walked off saying ?it?s for bloody charity? under his breath. Unsure what I did to receive such a reaction but definitely won?t be returning to this branch!

Exceptionally large and well-equipped charity store. The music choice is pretty unique and everyone vibed with it. The changing rooms are a next level of spacious and clean - there are three of them and have multiple hooks to place your clothes on! And not a single dust kitten, cool! The clothes were very nice and the pricing was respectable, actually lower than most other charity shops in the area. Also the store offers a great variety of sizes, whether you are XS or XL.

Crisis Islington is my favourite charity shop! The vibe and feel of the shop is great and is beautifully curated and styled by the Manager and team. A great selection of items, well priced and plenty of bargains to be had. Particular thanks to Ollie, Susan and Paola for their always friendly and helpful service whether I am purchasing clothes, homeware or furniture. I have never had a bad experience in the shop and I heartedly recommend it to all and even better it contributes to ending homelessness.

Extremely overpriced, Zara tops for £18!!! It?s ridiculous. Charity shops should be accessible for everyone to shop in, people rely on these shops and this is crazy overpricing. Bad quality items, I would have bought several items if they had been priced at charity shop rates but this is exploitative pricing.

Me and my friends were constantly followed, the staff was being obviously racist towards us. Had many instances of micro aggression. My POC fam i would strongly AVOID this store

It?s a great experience shopping there. Nice collections, good quality and reasonable price. And the staffs are really lovely and helpful! Simply like the vibe and the display of this shop! Probably the most beautiful charity shop I?ve ever been. Definitely will go back for new collection soon!

My friend and I went in looking for watercolours and ended up staying nearly 2 hours, browsing books and enjoying the uplifting disco playlist. We found ourselves a nice selection and then some; time flew by! Such a lovely impromptu visit thanks to the warm atmosphere and engaging chat with Susan & James ?

I adore Crisis Islington! They have such a wonderful array of furniture and clothes and the staff (especially the manager, James) are always so polite and helpful.I have bought many clothes and a gorgeous vintage dining room table. I love the ethos behind the furniture too, as many are reworked/up-cycled in their workshop to provide jobs and skills and keep people off the streets.

I came in during my work break and bought a lovely top to wear for my second shift - Susan literally checked the price off my back to put into the till! Susan and James were great and the collection is amazing, some real gems and amazing prices. Will definitely be coming regularly!

I bought a beautiful Oliver Bonas jumpsuit and a vintage velvet midnight blue dress from here. The music is upbeat disco and music that makes you feel good, the staff are lovely and it just has a great feel to it. What's not to love!

Best second hand store I?ve ever been to! The curation is fabulous, the organization is impeccable, and the prices are still low!! And the staff is super friendly. Really looking forward to coming back here again.
