The sales assistant in the shop made me feel very uncomfortable. Her question as soon as I stepped into the shop ("Do you know what this shop is?") along with her constant staring at my sister and I as we looked through the rails felt incredibly patronising. I did not feel welcome at all. If you want to feel self-concious and belittled when buying an overly priced dress, this is the shop for you!

Have been shopping at ShonaMac since they started trading. There is a constant supply and change of fabulous stock which I can never resist. Sustainable fashion at it's best - a big thumbs up from me.

Really well stocked boutique with beautiful pieces. However the service we received was highly disappointing. We had entered the shop just before close at 5:50. My mother in law quickly tried on a jacket and we asked what the return policy was as she wanted to try it on with a dress she had in mind for her daughters wedding. The shop assistant abruptly respond saying no return policy (which was fine) and that she had dinner booked and needed to close the shop at 6. I responded assuring her we were just about to purchase the jacket and leave straight after. The shop assistant replied to this with rolling eyes and stated again that she needed to leave now. We put the jacket back and my mother in law told the shop assistant she was unhappy with how rude the assistant had been to which the assistant replied back stating that my mother in law "had clearly never worked in retail". We left the store just before 6. I have never written a review before but we were so upset with the way my mother in law was treated given she was just about to purchase a £150 jacket that i felt i needed to highlight this.

I live nearby so I walk into this store often as well as sell my clothes almost monthly as I am downsizing my vast wardrobe . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable . The inventory is wide ranging and very sensibly priced . Great website too .

Fantastic selection of designer, pre-loved clothing, bags and shoes online and in the Aladdins's cave of a store in Wandsworth where there is always treasure to be found.I have been buying and selling with Shonamac for years and have only ever had positive, professional service.Ditch fast fashion and buy quality, affordable designer clothing here.

Full of really well chosen stuff, beautifully maintained and presented. Just the place to find great accessories as well as well stocked classics. Pricing surprisingly good given the quality and very high quality labels. Particularly good for the amazing accessories for just the right touch. Staff are super knowledgeable and help you style with lots of good tips.

Horribly over priced. For instance, £95 for a pair of well worn LK Bennet shoes. You can buy them fresh and unworn for that price, from the original store. The prices are unbelievable - you'd expect a little bit more sense & realism from a second hand clothes store.E.

I?ve made numerous purchases from Shonamac, both on-line and in-store. The service is unbeatable, the shop is an Aladdin?s cave and I?ve never been disappointed with the quality. What?s best is I know I?m getting a bargain every time - what?s not to love!
