New management took over, a very very nice lady , the lady is so professional, kind, supportive, helpful, and knows her patients by name and what medications they require ,The lady , I don?t know your name , sorry , is an angel on earth , always welcoming her customers, engage with them , asking about how they doing ,It?s blessing to have such a wonderful lady like her,

Used to come here for years. Always a great service. Recently got taken over by new owners. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with them supplying me with the wrong type of medicine and then insisting they charge me for their mistake. I won?t be returning.

It makes such a difference going to an independent chemist where they know all of their customers and it seems as though they genuinely care about each and everyone of them. I constantly forget to order my prescriptions a week early because I have memory issues and they never make me feel bad about it and they always go above and beyond to provide an emergency supply should the prescription on come on time. I?ve been a customer for many years and at first I was really sad when the old owners retired but the new owners are just as lovely and I cannot recommend this place enough.

I?ve moved to the area this year and have been using this pharmacy since then, the staff is so lovely and helpful, and they have super cute Japanese hair and makeup products on sell as well!

They are the best chemists I've ever used! All the staff are very kind and understanding, the pharmacists are super on the ball with knowing all of their customers and their prescriptions. I tend to forget when I last requested my husbands medications (he's chronically ill so there are a lot) and before I even have the chance to ask they've already ordered and prepared it!Be grateful for our small local chemists! They're so much better than waiting 40mins in a busy Boots or Superdrug.

Kevel and his colleagues go above and beyond. I have never even thought to review a pharmacy online, but in this case I just have to, as they deserve recognition for being caring, personable, responsive and really lovely people. They have helped me on a couple of occasions where I needed some medication that was difficult to find and have really helped me out during a stressful period of my life. Thank you!
