This grocery store is always there, super convenient to us, so that I can accept the price would be a bit expensive (actually it?s way pricy than we can understand), quality is another issue, I bought this milk yesterday, milk quality is awful even the date is safe.Don?t recommend this shop, unfortunately?

I've been to this shop multiple times, and without a doubt, it stands as the most expensive establishment I have ever encountered. Surprisingly, even the prices within airports tend to be more reasonable compared to this shop. Given its location in a peripheral area of London, the exorbitant prices appear unjustified. Paying £2.69 for a serving of regular chips is beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. Nevertheless, I want to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by the Habesha girl. Her delightful demeanor and exceptional service left a positive impression. Despite my initial frustrations with the prices, her efforts may sway me towards considering a return visit. However, I still firmly hold the belief that the prices remain unreasonably high.

I?ve ordered 2 times from this store via Deliveroo and on both occasions an item hasn?t been put in the bag. The ?help with order? and ?missing items? section of Deliveroo isn?t acknowledging this and so we are money down without our items. I can only come to the conclusion that Shepherds have found themselves a profitable little game that really constitutes theft. I shan?t be giving them my business again in person or online.

I popped in to buy some frozen fruit. Whilst it was more than I'd usually pay l opted to go ahead with the purchase for the sake of convenience. Once on my way home l realised I'd been drastically overcharged. Admittedly, this was partly my fault for not realising it at the time and being in a rush, but it's still disgusting. I now realise the person behind the till overcharged me by almost a fiver. Rip off! I won't be going there again and see I'm not the only one. Note to all customers, make sure you don't fall prey to being ripped off like me.

As someone who lives in Blackheath this shop is probably the worst thing about the place due to how ridiculous the prices are. The only reason they?re able to sell you the same items from coop for double the cost is the lack of similar businesses. For any food shops, this place should be option F on the list. Avoid if possible, unless you want to be robbed during their opening hours.

Daylight robbery. Literally co-op foods but at least double the price. Only reason they are allowed to get away with this is because there is no other grocery store in Blackheath. Avoid if possible if you don't want to be ripped off!

Terrible. Bought two cheeses and when I got home saw they were both well past the use by date. Rang to explain what happened, they acknowledged the issue, I left contact details asking for a refund but never heard back.

Over the last 6 years I've been to this shop on a number of occasions. I have finally decided to leave this negative review. I've never been happy with this shop. High prices (nearly 50 percent more than what you pay in a supermarket) may be excused only to certain extent because of high rents in the area! On top of that customer service is appalling. Hello or thank you doesn't cost a thing. Don't just ignore your customer. If your customer comments on poor customer service they are receiving, don't be rude towards them. Make your customer feel welcome and valued especially since this place is such a rip off. Avoid this shop!

Good selection of products! Love that they have rare products like Licalix ice cream, biotiful kefir, organic yeo valley and San pellegrino in glass, etc. thanks guys!

Awful shop run by awful people. Overpriced rip off, fridges don?t work so meat, milk etc. are regularly mouldy before sell by dates. Rude and unpleasant staff, especially the relations.Bunch of rip off merchants this lot. Shame on them.

Very overpriced and products are nothing special. Just because people in the area have money doesn?t mean you can sell basic stuff at a high price. Go somewhere else for your shopping

Thieves. Packet of sausages, loaf of bread, 2 tomatoes, can of beans, stick of butter, £20. Never again. Cheaper to order from Zapp.
