This was a joke, if I could give - minus stars I would. I pleasantly asked for a small bottle of water and a packet of crisps any brand that was salted. I looked him in the eye and said please can it just be salted , I don?t mind salt& vinegar but either of those. Next thing I got charged £7.00 for water and crisps, my uber arrived so I couldn?t check the flavour but once I got into the car I realised it was cheese & onion ? and a large bottle of water. He looked me in the eye and disregarded everything I said .

Rubbish, am disabled went to go to the toilet as desperate, turned away, so didn't bother buying petrol ( long car journey so would have spent £40 )
Don't bother using go elsewhere!!

Very strange interaction with the person behind the counter.
Could I please use the toilet sir?
No: only in 30 minutes.
I ask why 30 minutes. Is someone inside?
He said:No. So why 30 minutes then ?
He responded: cleaning.
I ask who is cleaning if nobody is inside?
He responded : you can't use it now.
Very strange. And unprofessional service.

Another day another shell. Don't know why shell claim they have toilets because whenever I have gone to one they are always out of use.

The pumps were swapped at my station. When I picked up the petrol pump, it was actually diesel. Though a small amount, it's now cycled through my car and caused me to have to seek repairs. When I called to complain staff hung up the phone before I even finished my story. I'll be returning in person.

Worse Petrol station in London. Staff are very rude and untrained. There were rude with customer infront of Manager. When customer complain to the Manger about this staff Rude behave, his Reply was ?It?s Fine?.
