How to explain about the steel ciders kept in the fridge has a customer asking for a cider out of the box in the fridge was just too difficult for the barman to comprehend

It?s good for drinks and pub food but don?t expect much. Ordering and paying is super simple via QR codes. Ambiance is nice, lots of tables to sit and carpeted floors and such. Food comes out quickly and service is fast. Got the plant burger with chips and it was decent. I mean for the money I paid I?m not complaining. Chips weren?t as crisp as I?d like and needed some salting. I tried my friends fish and chips and that was hands down much better. Overall it?s good for a quick meal and drinks with friends.

I didn't try the food, I was just there for a meet up with friends for a meeting and there are plenty of semi private places to do that. We mainly just had coffees, the prices are insanely cheap.

Very good value for money considering it's central London.

I stopped by The Shakespeare Head, a JD Wetherspoon near LDE, and it turned out to be a great little find. The place had a warm and relaxed vibe the kind that makes you feel welcome from the moment you step in. It was busy but not overwhelming just a nice hum of people chatting and unwinding.
The staff were friendly and quick with service. No fuss just smooth and easy. I ordered a classic fish and chips with a pint and both hit the spot perfectly. The fish was golden and crisp while the chips were hearty and satisfying. Good portion too which always helps when you're hungry and want comfort food done right.
What really made the visit special was the setting. It felt spacious but cozy with enough corners to feel tucked away if you needed quiet and enough open tables to keep things lively. I found a great seat near the window and enjoyed watching life go by while sipping my drink.
The prices were great for London and the quality made it worth more. Whether you're popping in for a quick pint catching up with friends or sneaking in some solo time with a book this place delivers without trying too hard.
The Shakespeare Head knows what it is and does it well. Honest food good drinks and a space that feels like a break from the rush. I?ll definitely go back.

Good value, fairly busy but food(boneless chicken bowl) was served promptly, a minus point as Rioja's only served by bottle? Run out of shiraz, not even sure what wine I had in the end(came from pump?) in fairness it was fruity and ok,

For the Wetherspoon it was very nice, staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was above average as I didn?t expect for Wetherspoon. Definitely coming back.

Very decent spoons for central London, plenty of seating and good selection of beers on draught
